Brian Kelley, Aircraft Accident Injury Attorney

Brian Kelly concentrates his practice in products liability, aviation litigation, personal injury, commercial, and real estate law.  Prior to joining Messa & Associates, Brian was an associate practicing in aviation litigation at the world renowned Wolk Law Firm.  While there, Brian handled cases valued between one to forty million dollars and helped obtain settlements and verdicts in excess of one million dollars for the clients.  Some examples of Brian’s work include: the Cessna 208B Caravan icing issues, the airport design issues at Little Rock National Airport, Cessna seat-slip issues, and various types of engine failures. 

 

With a wealth of knowledge and experience in products liability, Brian joins the law firm of Messa & Associates reasserting himself in his previous practice areas of personal injury, commercial litigation, and real estate law.

 

Brian earned his J.D. from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law in 2001 and received his B.A., magna cum laude, from Pennsylvania State University in 1997.  Brian is admitted to practice in PA and NJ.  Brian has also been admitted to practice pro hac vice in federal and state courts across the United States, including: South Carolina, Texas, Florida, and Arkansas.
